Bedaux Fabulous Play

Fabulous Play is developed for service organizations, creative companies and professional services. Improving teamwork, communication, and business processes will be achieved with this game.

This game is developed entirely to achieve a collective result from a team composed of various disciplines and/or cultures. Based on requirements from society, participants compose mythical animal figures. The art of the teamwork is to develop a stable creating process by using the group's members ingenuity, creativity and cooperative talents. Due to the nature of the assignments, the terminology and the use of colors, the game will generate a playful ambitious atmosphere that gives a big fun factor with a serious undertone to this game.

All our game programs are made to measure. That means that we have a previous conversation with the client; then we jointly put together a program where we from our side deliver and facilitate a professional and enthusiasmizing game performance. The client self as a rule organizes presentations and discussions in between the game rounds, where the resemblance between what is happening in the game and in real life is highlighted. Positive energy from the game will then be translated into supported actions.

Playing the game without presentations in between is an option. The game then gets more the character of a brainstorming session or a team building event.

Depending on the objectives of the program, the total program will take from one day to two days. We have a clinic version of half a day.

In collaboration with the International Bedaux Institute, we used the car assembly game to train the more than 400 employees of AWL-Techniek in the lean process and to gain experience with 5s, standardization and continuous improvement. By having the employees participate in mixed teams, there was a lot of interaction that resulted in beautiful learning moments. Without the proper guidance from Jurrian and Beatrice, we would not have been able to play the game efficiently and effectively.
