What a fantastic concept! I have played more management games in the past, but those have not been able to prepare me for the Serious Games of Bedaux. The Power of Fabulous Play is for me to quickly uncover group processes in an apparently chaotic situation. By looking critically at yourself and the group, it is always possible to improve processes and operate more effectively. A valuable experience for every self-employed person.

Manager Ford of Europe Quality and Training
The International Bedaux Institute has adapted the Car Assembly Game on our request demonstrating the complexity of an entire Automotive Manufacturer business, organizations and processes and especially to ensure to be fully compatible with the Ford Production System standards. As the result of this, as well as of the integral structure of the game, our participants from all levels in the organization experience the game as very practice-like, complex and intense, and as reflecting the daily life reality of their situation. The game is challenging, inspiring and motivating and is fun to play . It encourages practical teamwork and leadership and great learning outcome due to Quality processes and Lean Manufacturing aspects.
Senior Communication Professional - AWL-Techniek
In collaboration with the International Bedaux Institute, we used the car assembly game to train the more than 400 employees of AWL-Techniek in the lean process and to gain experience with 5s, standardization and continuous improvement. By having the employees participate in mixed teams, there was a lot of interaction that resulted in beautiful learning moments. Without the proper guidance from Jurrian and Beatrice, we would not have been able to play the game efficiently and effectively. We look back on a very successful cooperation and notice in the organization that the car assembly game has contributed to the embedding of lean philosophy in daily work.

We went to the Brown Paper Game day with our entire team. This day was very nice, everyone was enthusiastic afterwards. Thanks to the combination of thinking and playing, improvement is being implemated in many ways in our company. It is nice to take a critical look at the business operations with all of them. In addition, the "game elements" provide a real team feeling. All this then also in combination with a nice environment and under good supervision ensures that it is a fun and educational business activity that we can recommend to any other company.

The Home building game we have played several times with subcontractors, suppliers and also with own people. In the beginning, each participant was slightly suspicious but at the end a fanaticism arose where the soccer coach would have been jealous of.
